Quiet and peaceful. Great accommodation. Lovely garden in the restaurant to chill and walk around in. Restaurant had a really nice atmosphere and the food was of high quality. Service was also of a high quality

An enchanting and one of a kind hotel on the edge of a national park. The restaurant is truly gastronomic, in the best sense. Partially, a bird sanctuary, the hotel blends in with the marshlands where the Loire flat lands meet the sea. Local art work is featured, some for sale. Our room, which was quite adequate, had an attached enclosed porch, along a tiny stream. It was peaceful and inspiring.

Warm welcome, excellent staff, calm and peaceful environment. Truly wonderful place to stay. Dinner in the restaurant was a memorable experience.

loved the location in a little village, great that a Michelin star restaurant is in the hotel, it didn’t feel busy and we were able to have the sauna and the hot tub to ourselves

Everything! It was immaculate in every way. A master class is how to run a Michelin-starred restaurant. Charming, highly-trained staff and DELICIOUS imaginative dinner. Very comfortable and eclectically-decorated rooms. A great stay.
